Guarantee and Refund Policy

1) Faulty Items

All products are guaranteed for one year against any issue that affects functionality.

If you have received any items that are faulty we may require you to send in photographs of the faulty items, or to return them to us. In this instance we will either:

i)     issue a refund
ii)    issue a credit note
iii)   send replacements as part of your next order

Please note that as a wholesaler we do not send out ad-hoc replacements.

If we require you to return faulty items we will re-imburse carriage costs (these must be agreed beforehand)

2) Cosmetic Imperfections

We are always aiming to improve the quality of our products by working closely with our suppliers; however it must be realised that the majority of items we sell are budget, mass produced articles designed to perform a function, rather than for their appearance. Given the low-prices, we do not guarantee that all items will be cosmetically perfect. Any mass produced item is bound to have the odd scratch / surface or machining mark.

If you wish to return items that have cosmetic imperfections, we may allow this however please note –

a)  budget range items are not covered by our 'cosmetic imperfections' policy. 
b)  returns must be agreed prior to sending to us
c)  we do not refund carriage costs
d)  returns are only accepted within 15 days
e)  products must be returned in their original packaging
f)  we will either
     ii)      issue a credit note
     iii)     send replacements as part of your next order

Please note that as a wholesaler we do not send out ad-hoc replacements. Please also note that this policy is operated on a 'fair use' basis and we reserve the right to withdraw it at any time without notice.

4) How long do I have to report this?

All courier damages must be reported to us within 3 working days and any faulty items must be reported to us within 15 working days.

Please check your order once received, as we cannot entertain any claims for faulty items after 15 working days
